Amanda & Kevin's wedding day was at Waters Edge Resort & Spa in Westbrook, CT.
Being a wedding photographer can be SUPER stressful.Making sure to capture all of the incredible small moments that happen throughout the day can definitely cause some jitters! But seeing images like these, and knowing what this means for the bride and groom, means all of it so worth it!
The Waters Edge Resort & Spa had so many beautiful areas for us to photograph the bride and groom, especially with the venue being by the beach.
And it is ALWAYS fun shooting a wedding with another photographer, because we all have our own creative inside of us, and seeing something from another point of view can create a completely different image.
Okay, this was, is, and probably always will be one of my absolute most favorite wedding images I've ever taken! I mean, right?!?!
For formal portraits, we had the most beautiful light shining through the hotel buildings making the exposure for their images just perfect.
And at the VERY end of the night, Rachael Savage Photography and I got to sneak down to the beach with the newlyweds to capture some gorgeous images by the sunset!
Oh, and did I mention the ceremony overlooked the ocean?! I know, I know. To die for, right?
And this ring. and their wedding bands. I'm still swooning over these images!
Remember when I said earlier that photographing with another photographer can always be beneficial because you can see things from a different point of view? This would be exactly that. Rachael Savage Photography thought it would be cool to be on the opposite side of their entrance, and this set of images turned out to be some of my favorites from their day!!
