when mama bear came to me with this sunflower theme for her daughters first birthday cake smash, i was sooooo excited! i had been wanting to do a session like this for awhile, and this little angel did not disappoint!
in fact, she dug righttttt in to her cake, and didn't stop! *all of my cakes are from chimmirri's italian bakery and pastry shoppe in wethersfield, connecticut, and if you haven't, you 100% need to check them out!!!
and then, there were a few tears. but, in my opinion, it's not a cake smash, if there aren't some tears mixed in with the cake.
and of course, we have to wash off all of that stickiness with a bubble bath!
