My Long-Term Goals of Being a Traveling Photographer
I've been doing photography now 'officially' since 2020 when I became an LLC. While still working full-time, I have not been able to do as much traveling as I would have liked to. Being a year away from retirement, I have now been able to add more travel to my sessions and I couldn't be happier about it. One of the most exciting parts of being a photographer is the ability to capture stories in new places. Traveling photographers bring fresh perspectives to every destination. Each new city, coast, or countryside holds unique light, scenery, and culture that shapes the images they create.
For clients, working with a traveling photographer means access to creative styles not limited by location. It’s about blending artistry with adventure, creating timeless photos that reflect both the people and the place. Whether it’s a mountaintop elopement, a beach family session, or a city engagement shoot, traveling photographers turn moments into unforgettable memories. I love that I am able to travel now for sessions and explore places. A bigger bonus is that I can bring my family along with me!
