Being a photographer is so much more than taking photos. Not only do I get to take your families photos, but I get to spend an hour plus with your family usually once a year catching up with you guys, watching your family grow. I met these guys when Miss Amelia was just in mama's belly. We did her maternity photos and then her newborn photos when she was just this small. Now I get to watch her become a big sister and photograph baby brothers newborn session. But we didn't just take the pictures, we hung out a bit, we caught up. We talked World Cup and Rinaldo retiring. We chatted about mom things and what it's like to go from having one child to two. This is what its about. This is why this job matters so much to me.
