What are my photography goals?
A lot of people ask me where I see my business going. And for once, I actually know the answer to this question! I can retire from my day job in 2026. My plan between now and then is to hopefully be able to create a high enough following through social media where I can begin traveling. In the summers, I would love to take trips around the United States to photograph families. My husband works remotely and can work from any location, which is huge. We would like to get an RV at some point, and begin taking the summers to travel across country and sight see, all the while being able to take photos along the way! This is a big dream, and I realize it will take a ton of hard work and I am totally here for it! And if it doesn't happen then we will strategize and come up with different goals. But what I do struggle with is showing up on social media enough. Being that I do still work a 9-5, have two kids under 10 who are in sports, etc, I find it very difficult to be able to share content and videos as much as I'd like. But I am starting to make it more of a priority to show my face more, and hopefully gain a better following!
